iAdoreTech is led by an Agile and program delivery professional with more than nine years of Scrum and Agile experience, including over five years supporting complex initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
That experience spans Agile team leadership, coaching, planning and estimation, stakeholder alignment, program coordination, delivery reporting, and process improvement. The focus is practical: help people understand the work, remove obstacles, and move important outcomes forward.
